- Assist Customers to resolve their queries, appropriately raise service requests and drive customer satisfaction.
- To deliver service & resolution experience to all the customers.
- Successfully resolve customer queries through CRM & Knowledge Base.
- Document in detail all interactions with customers.
- Effectively articulate information to customers.
- Educate customers on products. Help customers to be successful.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities to increase customer retention and satisfaction through the use of up/cross selling products and services.
- Successfully performs against department scorecard metrics including Quality Assurance, First Contact Resolution, and NPS.
- Excellent Communication Skills In English(Malayalam/Bengali).
- Comfortable Working in Rotational Shifts.
- Candidate should have Excellent Communication Skills.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in customer based profile.
